– Aula 1 (12/02/2020) –

As origens e o despertar da Literatura Infantojuvenil na Coreia do início do século XX
Após uma breve passagem sobre os mitos, as lendas e os contos da tradição oral, a primeira aula tem como meta destacar as publicações-marcos da literatura direcionada ao jovem leitor no início do século XX: as revistas So-nyeon (소년), de 1908, por Choi Nam-sun, e O-rin-i (어린이), de 1923, por Bang Jung-hwan. Em contexto de dominação japonesa, essas publicações, que contavam com as contribuições de grandes nomes da poesia coreana, tinham em mente, por um lado, levar ficção aos leitores em formação, com algum grau de didatismo, e, por outro lado, apresentar-se como um ponto de resistência em defesa da infância e da fabulação das crianças em meio à realidade cruel e submissa vivida.

– Aula 2 (13/02/2020) –

As questões identitárias e ficcionais da Literatura Infantojuvenil na Coreia dos anos 1940–1970
Em novo contexto, num “espaço de liberação e liberdade” em plena transição do imperialismo japonês para o imperialismo norte-americano em território coreano, a produção literária direcionada a crianças e jovens ganha novas feições, ainda que no formato de ficção impressa em revistas, no sentido de denunciar e “ir contra” a posição social e culturalmente dominada. Dito isto, os trechos a serem lidos e discutidos nessa aula são retirados de obras como a coletânea de contos de fada I-sang-han Son-saeng-nim (이상한 선생님), de 1949, por Chae Man-sik, e as coletâneas de poemas dedicados à "imaginação", de 1947 a 1954, por Kim Yo-seop.

– Aula 3 (14/02/2020) –

As produções e as tendências em gêneros distintos: as Literaturas Infantil e Juvenil na Coreia do século XXI
Nas duas primeiras décadas do século XXI, a Literatura Infantojuvenil Coreana sofreu uma “diáspora” de gêneros, onde autores, editores e mediadores começaram a se dedicar com maior rigor ético e estético às questões intimamente ligadas ao leitor criança, na Literatura Infantil, e ao leitor adolescente, na Literatura Juvenil. Sendo assim, além de expor títulos variados, o foco dessa aula será na produção contemporânea da Coreia do Sul, dos livros ilustrados – como os de Suzy Lee – às coletâneas de contos e romances – como os de Lee Geum-yi –, que estão se destacando, quantitativa e qualitativamente, no cenário local e resultando numa difusão dessas obras em cenário internacional.
