Descrição: EMENTA
Compreende o planejamento do atendimento e a prestação de assistência aos pacientes admitidos na instituição (casos novos), em rotina de internação cirúrgica ou em atendimento multidisciplinar ambulatorial. Compreende também o treinamento para as práticas administrativas relacionadas ao serviço de Enfermagem ambulatorial. Realização do processo e consulta de Enfermagem nas diferentes fases da vida, incluindo o atendimento a gestante cujo filho foi diagnosticado com fissura orofacial e/ou anomalia relacionada.

OBJETIVOS
• Prestar assistência/cuidados de Enfermagem a nível ambulatorial a pacientes com fissura orofacial e/ou outras anomalias craniofaciais.
• Desenvolver ações de Enfermagem humanizadas, dentro dos aspectos éticos e legais pertinentes à profissão.
• Desenvolvimento do processo e consulta de Enfermagem.
• Participar de atividades de coordenação e planejamento ambulatorial.

METODOLOGIA
Os alunos serão inseridos nas diversas atividades ambulatoriais.

PROCEDIMENTOS DE AVALIAÇÃO
O procedimento de avaliação contempla avaliações bimestrais, além da interação com profissionais da equipe multidisciplinar, com seus preceptores, pacientes e familiares.
