Objetivos:

O objetivo da disciplina é apresentar as diversas teorias que utilizadas nos estudos organizacionais, tais como: teoria contingencial, teoria da ecologia organizacional, teoria institucional, teoria da economia organizacional, teoria da aprendizagem organizacional, teoria crítica e teoria pós-moderna, dentre outras teorias mais atuais.

Objectives:

The aim of the course is to present the various theories used in organizational studies, such as contingency theory, theory of organizational ecology, institutional theory, theory of organizational economics, theory of organizational learning, critical theory and postmodern theory, among other, more current theories.

Justificativa:

A disciplina de teorias organizacionais é obrigatória no curso de mestrado em administração. É uma disciplina essencial para os Programas de Pós-graduação em Administração, pois permite que os alunos compreendam parte das teorias que contemplam a compreensão das organizações e também das ações organizadas.

Rationale:

The discipline of organizational theories is required in the master's degree in administration. It is an essential discipline for Programs of Postgraduate Management, it allows students to understand theories that consider the understanding of organizations and also of organized actions.

Conteúdo:

Estudar as principais vertentes teóricas no âmbito dos estudos organizacionais, apresentar as diferenças em termos epistemológicos e paradigmáticos entre teorias, histórico sobre as teorias administrativas e organizacionais; e concepções teóricas atuais nos estudos organizacionais.

Content:

Studying the main theoretical aspects in the context of organizational studies shows differences in epistemological and paradigmatic terms of theories, administrative history and organizational theories; and current theoretical conceptions in organizational studies.
