Objetivos:

O objetivo da disciplina é fornecer os fundamentos da teoria de modelos de negócio aplicada aos empreendimentos digitais, considerando tanto novos negócios como o processo de transformação de negócios tradicionais, conhecido como digitalização.

Objectives:

The aim of the course is to provide the fundamentals of the business model theory applied to digital enterprises, considering both new businesses and the traditional business transformation process, known as digitalization.

Conteúdo:

Definição de digitalização e processo de transformação digital. Fundamentos de modelos de negócio: definição; componentes e ferramentas. Fundamentos sobre negócios digitais: ecossistema de inovação; tipos de negócio digital; desafios e características especiais dos modelos de negócio digital; e estratégias em negócios digitais. Fundamentos em tecnologias de digitalização: Big Data, IoT, Analytics, IA; Smart products; Plataformas. Aplicação da teoria: Análise de casos; Proposta de modelo de negócio.

Content:

Definition of digitization and digital transformation process. Fundamentals of business models: definition; elements, tools. Fundamentals about digital business: innovation ecosystem; types of digital business models; challenges and characteristics of digital business models; and digital business strategies. Fundamentals in digitization technologies: Big Data, IoT, Analytics, IA; Smart products; Platforms. Application: Case analysis; proposal of business models.
