Objetivos:

Esta disciplina tem por objetivo contribuir para a formação dos alunos do Programa em Engenharia de Produção em técnicas de suporte à tomada de decisão aplicada à gestão de desempenho de fornecedores e de cadeia de suprimento. Espera-se que os alunos obtenham compreensão do processo de tomada decisão em gestão de cadeia e das técnicas auxiliares.

Objectives:

It aims to aims to offer to the students fundamental concepts and techniques related to decision making applied to performance management of supply chain network. It is expected the the students gain knowledeg and be able to deal with decision making techniques in the contexto of supply chain performance management.

Justificativa:

A disciplina reúne assuntos de estudo normalmente separados em duas áreas distintas da engenharia de produção: suporte à decisão, da pesquisa operacional e gestão de desempenho de operações, da área de gestão da produção. O oferecimento dessa disciplina preenche uma lacuna de formação dos alunos do programa e contribui para o desenvolvimento de projetos de mestrado e doutorado, na aplicação de técnicas multicritério de soft computing.

Rationale:

This course gather together subjects usually studied in two different areas: operations research and operations performance management. Therefore, offering this course fills in a void in the preparation of the graduate students of the Production Engineering Program: application of MCDM and soft computing methods.
