Objetivos:

Promover o entendimento da qualidade e gerenciamento de projetos, bem como o desenvolvimento de habilidades dos seus envolvidos.

Objectives:

Promote the understanding of quality and project management, as well as the development of skills involved in these processes.

Justificativa:

Justitifica-se esta disciplina, pela necessidade do aluno de Pós-Graduação desenvolver projeto de pesquisa que demanda conhecimentos sobre ética e metodização para a elaboração de trabalho científico.

Rationale:

This discipline is justified by the need of graduates students to develop a research project that requires knowledge about ethics and methodologie for the elaboration of a scientific work.

Conteúdo:

1) Ciclo de vida de um projeto. 2) Práticas de gestão: metodologias e ferramentas. 3) Planejamento. 4) Gestão de riscos.

Content:

1) Life cycle of a project. 2) Management practices: methodologies and tools. 3) Planning. 4) Risk management.

Forma de Avaliação:

Participação nas aulas teóricas (nota de 0-10) e apresentação de seminário ao final do curso (nota de 0-10), onde cada aluno deverá ressaltar, em um plano de trabalho (nota de 0-10), como utilizaria os conceitos discutidos em aulas. A nota final (0-10), obtida por média aritmética simples, determinará o conceito final (A,B,C,R), considerando os respectivos intervalos: 10-9 (A); 8-7 (B); 6-5 (C); 4-0 (R).

Type of Assessment:

Participation in theoretical classes (grade from 0-10) and seminar presentation (grade from 0-10), at the end of the course, where each student should highlight, in a work plan (grade from 0-10), how they would use the concepts discussed in classes, whose final grade (0-10), obtained by simple arithmetic average, will determine the final grade (A,B,C,R), considering the respective intervals: 10-9 (A); 8-7 (B); 6-5 (C); 4-0 (R).
