Geopolítica: potencial brasileiro e potencial mundial. Impacto na costa e ambiente marinho (social, ambiental). Energia de onda. Energia eólica offshore. Energia de correnteza de maré. Fontes de energia não convencionais: OTEC, gradiente salino, sistemas conjugados, vibração induzida pelo escoamento. Armazenamento de energia no oceano. Aspectos políticos e econômicos.
