Objetivo geral: Fornecer referencial conceitual e prático para o processo de inovação e empreendedorismo (desde a concepção de uma ideia ou tecnologia até o desenho do modelo de negócio), com o intuito de introduzir uma nova ideia ou tecnologia no mercado de forma viável. Objetivos específicos: Estudar o processo de inovação e empreendedorismo por meio de um método disciplinado e estruturado, denominado “Jornada da Inovação de Modelo de Negócio”. Esse método é utilizado para o desenho de modelos de negócios inovadores, e pode ser aplicado em empresas estabelecidas e nascentes inovadoras (startups). Proporcinonar uma aplicação prática dos conceitos e técnicas relacionados à inovação e ao empreendedorismo. Contribuir para o desenvolvimento de competências empreendedoras e fomentar o desenvolvimento de empresas nascentes inovadoras (startups) oriundas da comunidade USP. Integrar os conceitos abordados em outras disciplinas relacionadas à inovação e empreendedorismo, tais como “Fundamentos em Empreendedorismo” e “Inovação e Empreendedorismo”, por meio da aplicação prática.
