Objetivos
1)	Introduce students to the basics of International Law, underlining the difference between Private and Public International Law.
2)	Guide students to think on International Law, differentiating it from other similar areas, like International Politics and International Relations.

Método
1. Taking part from the extra-class activities, like readings and simulations in virtual environment. 2. Participating in classes. 3. Written evaluation. 4. Group work. 5. Work and paper presentation.
Critério
Written evaluation, participation in classes, participation in the virtual environment according to the semester program presented.
Norma de Recuperação
Students that obtain final score between 3,0 and 4,9, and also attendance of 70% will be requested to attend to a written exam. The final grade is the average of the mark obtained in the exam plus the mark obtained during the semester. The approval is conditioned to the grade being equal or superior to 5,0.
